We use only the best crawl space repair & waterproofing products

Our crawl space encapsulation system is exactly that: a system. Each product plays a role and is designed to work in tandem with the other parts of the system to provide you with a complete waterproofing solution. Outside air, excess moisture, mold, and pests are the main threats to your crawl space, and our system addresses each of these problems.

  • CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier

    crawl space vapor barrier

Excess moisture in a crawl space can cause a number of problems, including mold, rotted wood, and foul odors. This moisture enters through the crawl space walls and floors, as well as through condensation. Our CleanSpace® liner is how we prevent moisture issues from damaging your crawl space.

CleanSpace® is a reinforced polymer that is completely waterproof, mold resistant, and tear resistant. The liner is secured across the entire crawl space floor and walls, creating a watertight, airtight seal. This prevents excess moisture from seeping into the space, as well as serving to prevent pests and rodents from getting into your crawl space. CleanSpace® is completely compatible with the rest of our products, and when installed as part of a crawl space encapsulation it will help improve energy efficiency and cleanliness while turning your crawl space into a usable storage area.

  • SmartSump™ Sump Pump

    crawl space sump pump

A sump pump is an essential addition to any crawl space waterproofing system. Sump pumps will remove water from small leaks to prevent mold growth while providing important protection from a flood due to a burst pipe or heavy rains. To protect your home, we use the SmartSump™, a sump pump specifically designed for the crawl space environment.

The SmartSump™ comes with a cast-iron 1/3 horsepower pump that is capable of pumping 2,500 gallons of water per hour at a 5-foot head. This system also comes with the optional UltraSump® Battery Backup system, which can remove an additional 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge. This sump pump has a low profile design that fits easily in the crawl space and is completely compatible with our CleanSpace® vapor barrier and the SmartPipe™ drainage system.

  • SmartPipe™ Crawl Space Drain

    crawl space drainage

Most homeowners rarely enter their crawl space, which means that a leak through the wall, a plumbing leak, or standing water on the floor can go unnoticed for months or even years. Scenarios such as those will almost certainly lead to mold growth, wood rot, and odors in your home. No homeowner wants to routinely check their crawl space for water, which is why installing a SmartPipe™ drainage system is the ideal solution.

The SmartPipe™ uses a special filter fabric that is designed to allow water into the pipe while keeping mud and other clogging debris out. This allows any excess water that seeps into your crawl space to be quickly drained away to your sump pump. When installed with our CleanSpace® liner, the SmartPipe™ creates a waterproof seal that provides you with a drier, healthier crawl space.

  • CleanSpace® Drainage Matting

    crawl space drainage matting

Laying a crawl space liner directly on the dirt floor can actually cause additional waterproofing problems. The liner can trap water underneath it, preventing it from reaching your drainage system. We solve this problem with CleanSpace® drainage matting, which provides a layer of separation between the floor and the crawl space liner.

Drainage matting uses a dimpled surface that allows water that naturally seeps through your dirt floor to flow under the finished CleanSpace® liner. With drainage matting installed, the water can easily flow to your perimeter drain and then into your sump pump. Drainage matting also provides an extra layer of durability and protection for the entire encapsulation system.

  • SmartVent® Vent Covers

    crawl space vent cover

Many crawl spaces are vented with the intent of using outside air to dry the area. However, these vents end up doing more harm than good when the outside air is humid, damp, or freezing cold. In these cases, outside air will actually lead to condensation in the crawl space and add more water rather than drying it. Crawl space vents also present the opportunity for insects, rodents, and other pests to enter your crawl space. This can be particularly damaging if termites or similar pests get into your crawl space and begin to cause structural problems.

The SmartVent® is the one step solution to all of these problems. The vent cover installs over the top of your vent, completely sealing the entryway from air, water, and pests. Once installed, the SmartVent® allows your dehumidifier to completely dry your crawl space with no interference from outside air. While this sounds like a small and simple addition, it is a key part of our crawl space encapsulation system.

  • EverLast™ & Turtl™ Access Wells

    crawl space access well turtle

Crawl space access wells are usually nothing but trouble for homeowners. These unsightly pits are often made of rusted metal or rotted wood and are filled with leaves and other debris. They hold water from rain and snow and can create flooding issues in the crawl space, and they are also an access point for pests to enter your home. In order to prevent these issues, we provide two different crawl space access well options.

The EverLast™ Access Well (top) is made from heavy-gauge, durable polyethylene, which will never rot, corrode, or need paint. The bottom of the well is lined with clean gravel to assist with drainage. This option allows for easy access to your crawl space entryway from the outside. For a complete seal, the Turtl™ Covered Entry Well (bottom) is the ideal option. The Turtl™ is a reinforced plasic shell that serves as both your door and access well. It provides an airtight, watertight seal that can be locked for additional security. The Turtl™ is strong enough to hold up for daily wear and tear and blends in with your lawn.

  • EverLast™ Crawl Space Doors

    crawl space door

Crawl space doors are usually wood panels that are attached with nails and a metal hinge. Unfortunately, both of these materials decay over time, and before long your crawl space door will be an eyesore that allows outside air, water, and insects into your home. This can hurt your home's energy efficiency and create problems with mold and wood rot.

EverLast™ Crawl Space Doors are the answer to this problem. Made from completely inorganic plastics and foams, these doors will ensure that everything outside of your home stays there. EverLast™ doors never rot, rust, or need paint, making them a easy and permanent fix that will have a lasting positive impact on your home.

  • WallCap™ Block Wall Treatment

    wall cap

Covering your crawl spaces walls with our CleanSpace® vapor barrier is an effective solution for many crawl space water issues. However, if your crawl space is built with concrete blocks, you need a little extra waterproofing. Due to the numerous openings in concrete blocks, excess moisture can still enter your crawl space through the top of the blocks. Our WallCap™ system is designed to prevent this problem.

The WallCap™ is a plastic cover that is installed over the top of the gaps in your block walls. It is securely attached to both the wall and the CleanSpace® liner before being sealed with polymer to provide an airtight and watertight finish. This is easily added onto your encapsulation system if needed, and it provides the final step of waterproofing that your crawl space needs.
