Owner Dale Giraudin has over 35 years of industry experience. The company began as a basement waterproofing company, operated by Giraudin and his wife out of their own home. Since opening, our crew has expanded from about eight to 25 contractors and our office staff has also grown in order to provide the highest level of service possible. 

A NO Dealers’s commitment to energy efficiency is even apparent in our very own building. In July of 2007, the company moved into a new state-of-the-art building, with spray foam insulation and radiant heating, as well as new energy-saving light fixtures.
